Tribe Hiraeth is a UK-based subscription service offering monthly curated boxes focused on creativity, reflection, and wellbeing for women.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Subscription

When you subscribe to Tribe Hiraeth, you are purchasing a recurring monthly subscription. This means:

  • Payment is taken automatically each month

  • You will continue to be charged until you cancel

  • Each month’s box contents may vary but will always align with the Tribe Hiraeth ethos

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Subscription prices are shown clearly at checkout

  • Payments are taken monthly in advance

  • Payments are processed securely via our website payment provider

  • We do not store your card details

If prices change in the future, subscribers will be notified in advance.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

  • Boxes are dispatched monthly

  • Dispatch dates may vary slightly each month

  • Delivery times are estimates and depend on third-party postal services

Tribe Hiraeth is not responsible for postal delays outside of our control.

5. Changes to Box Contents

Occasionally, an item may need to be substituted due to availability. Any replacement will be of equal or greater value and in keeping with the Tribe Hiraeth experience.

6. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

  • To avoid being charged for the next box, cancellation must be completed before the monthly cut-off date (this will be stated on the website)

  • Cancellations take effect for future boxes only

7. Refunds & Returns

  • Once a box has been dispatched, it is non-refundable

  • If your box arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue

8. Liability

Tribe Hiraeth is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of subscription products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally. Any significant changes will be communicated to subscribers.
